We loved the convenience of this hotel's location, it was really close to the station and easily accessible. The hotel facilities were really handy too, with ice water provided in the room and a great breakfast included in the price. The staff were friendly and cute, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The hotel had a great breakfast with many options to choose from. the location was very convenient, located near many shops and restaurants. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was not up to standards. the bedding looked old and the bathroom was not clean - there was hair in the shower and the toilet was not properly sanitized.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Its location near the station made it easy for us to explore the city, especially the lively Benten area. the room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the city. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the breakfast included in the price was a great value for money. We enjoyed the wide range of options that were offered at breakfast.

The decor could use a bit of an update and some parts of the hotel, such as the bathroom, could benefit from renovation.

Great location, close to many bars and restaurants. The mall is also just a few minutes away, which is very convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, they always tried to assist with whatever we needed. The rooms were well-equipped, they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel needs some renovation work. The bathroom felt outdated and had mold in some areas.
